    I think 1 of the main reasons for delays has to do with getting permits to drill. Even though NEO has lease hold acreage you still need permits to drill. And it has taken considerable time to talk with other people who have have an interest in the land in question and to do all the other things associated with pre-drilling planing and assessment.
