yeah...commsec new charting coming february, page-3

Had a look at the new charting function tonight. Looks like they're using something similar to what Yahoo use.

Like the idea of charting more than 24 months, but can do all of this on yahoo.

Not happy that the "New Window" view as this is a fixed size panel and cannot be enlarged. Major limitation if you have a monitor any bigger than 12 inches and/or want to have more than two "lower graphs".

I liked the idea of using both Commsec for longer term trends and Yahoo charting function for intra day activity at the same time,

Does the new charting function give real time (not delayed) price and volume movements?

Sorry, but I just cannot get excited over this. Given that we are paying for this through our brokerage, I would have expected something more substantial than this.
