If you want to get rid of corruption, manipulation, lies, etc. then start with the corporate execs and politicians, not the buyers and sellers of the vehicles in question. We need total transparency. Next start on the rules of the game to avoid panic buying and selling via various means. Then and only then can we have a fair system. All other bandage approaches only lets them get away with “murder” so the “vultures” can come in and profit from our excesses. Yes, OUR excesses – the debt we get into to buy things we can’t afford. So, if you really want to blame anyone, blame the idiots that took those loans knowing well they couldn’t afford to pay back. Given the public are too immature to handle all this, we should have governments to stop such events from happening in the first place. Stop chasing shadows and look at the root cause of the problem – debt.
