How can you have proper market and economy with something called "naked" short selling. Why does it have to be naked, and why do they hide, cause just like 'Clinton on lewinski'(pardon the pun) they can.
There are court cases being heard everyday about anti-competitive market practices, what makes this an exception and why does it continue, am I missing something?
I think loopholes exist to keep others out of the loop and holes to sink the rest (Rich52 is kinda on the right track), There must be alot of blind-eyes at the top level, turning the blind-eye seems the order of the day.
