Management are seemingly stretching themselves and our coffers very thin at present.
At best:
Perhaps management really have been progressing talks with Mt Peake funding such that they are now confident enough to begin expanding their portfolio?
Or the worst:
Perhaps they have now realised that they do not have the capital to complete the DFS, so this is their attempt to increase the SP and increase interest in any future placement to 'sophisticated investors'.
