I doubt any company would want to take over a company facing a $1B lawsuit - it would just be plain stupid.

Sale of Assets

If investors knew that this money were to be used to reduce debt then it could increase the SP, as it stands the $300M garnered from CAF will pay for lawyers and a bit of the lawsuit if if the lawsuit is successful for the institutional investors backing it.

Institutional Investors
-----------------

None of the large institutions that all ready hold or have held in the last 7 months will be buying anymore CNP, buying more whilst taking them simultaneously to court for financial mis-reporting again is plain stupid.
