Regarding the law suits.
WRT CNP: 3 words:
Director's Liability Insurance.
Plus:
Auditors - it's not clear that they didn't contribute, no doubt they are insured as well.
The law suits imho are an expensive side dish that the lawyers, courts and insurance companies will be fighting over for at least the next 5 years, if not more. Doubt that it will significantly effect the SP, especially at the moment.
