In case PAR take a big upfront kicker from a big pharma... In that situation PAR would only get a (much reduced) percentage...
But, I personally feel it won't be anywhere near this low... Usually small percentages are after big pharma funds phase three etc... Rightly or wrongly, PAR made the gutsy decision to go this path alone... They will sell off for far greater should it succeed than a reduced 20%
