Not much to add but I did try my luck ringing TNG on the 24th of Dec. First time I had and didn't expect to get through but did. I wasn't able to get much info from the lady as she said it was skeleton crew by that stage of the year. She did say Paul had appointments all that day. Fingers crossed progress is being made and nothing has gone backwards! GLTAH.
