@mustpow GAMW retained the rights to the Tantalum assets and their own announcement indicates that the majority of the tenements were sold. I assume that Tabba Tabba is one of the tenements that they kept as they retained the tantalum assets at the time of the sale to MIN.
Not sure where the idea that Tabba Tabba was "repossessed" arises from as you are correct in that legal title of the tenement always remained with GAMW. I recollect an announcement that the plant was being relocated from the tenement and I can only assume that this has been incorrectly interpreted as the tenement being repossessed.
