    The back of envelope figures look like this.
    Income of 30 million from sales + 10 million hawkville
    = 40 million.
    Debt 45 million.

    Year end 5 million debt.
    1st Quarter 2014 debt free with 200 million loan facility.

    Assets value of 254 million with 254 million shares
    = $ 1.00 per share

    Either way if they sell the lot and never drill another well,and close shop they can give me $ 1.00 a share.
