    Trader we want to be in the 30's before any ann ...I believe this will be the case(shortly)...my reason's ...IF we want the 50 level to come into play ever so quickly .... we want a platform built above 30 ...

    So far so good ... tomorrow a close above 30 would be a fantastic outcome.
