Not sure if it was a buy/sell. Could be one buy and the second is an "accidental" repeat which the MMs will cancel soon. The evidence is that the MMs have bought them and sold some of them already. So far over 10M bought so not much left. If it were a buy and sell, the MMs lowered the price to trigger panic sells. To use the technical parlance "FAIL" as millions were bought at these stupid low levels.
