One thing to note this doesn't cover debit cards, which are still fine to use as a deposit method. Most banks have always treated a deposit to a bookie from a credit card as a cash advance which comes with additional fees and interest. I doubt this will affect most punters, and the ones who do bet on credit card aren't just going to stop overnight instead of setting up a new payment method
