this is a heaven-sent bargain to them
possibly a good luck omen right after their CNY?

Look
the Chinese who pride themselves (esp the Shanghainese)
with over 5 thousand years of recorded history
and now dominating the rare earth and clean tech
and loaded up with trillions of foreign reserves (CASH)
(what a powerful combination!!!)
and now suffocating in their polluted environment
and just imagine you wake up to breath smoke (not air)
either with the pain or pleasure principle as motivation
would at least think differently than the QLD smart-not state?
