The fact that someone else other than Allco is looking at overseeing these trusts is the best news that I have had on these in the last two months.

At least that removes one of the unfavourably leprotic factors from the very long list associated with RAT: high leverage, property trust, US recession exposure(hell it even has America in the name), managed by the paraiahs of the market, Allco.

Well, the removal of Allco from the equation might almost counteract the cancellation of distributions....
