the whole point of pushing the at home rat tests over the last month was to momentarily reduce the burden on the PCR testing and still appear to be “managing” the outbreak.

the only way to manage the spread and protect the health care system from overload appears to be to effectively keep the spread low… this is best done by a combination of vaccines and identifying and isolating the infectious early.

outside of the health care system I imagine business will want to implement systems that reduce transmission across their workforce…

How about subsidising the purchase of EuGeni’s for every business that wants one? I’m sure business owners would gladly take up the responsibility of data collection if it reduced absentees. Screen everyone every 3-5 days and watch the rate of transmission drop.

then aside from quick test a couple of times a week at work we are almost back to the old normal.
