It might be tenious due to the already having their products on the shelf BUT ADO were asked to prove their product could detect omicron on the 15th Dec (possibly earlier) If you look on the TGA website they only issued the advice for all currently approved RAT tests to confirm their accuracy for other variants yesterday. Testing will start on the 15th Jan. Does this give ADO a months headstart on this new level of scrutiny? https://www.tga.gov.au/post-market-review-antigen-and-rapid-antigen-tests. They might be able to get ahead of the curve.
