I was putting the recent rise above a dollar down to COP26 being weak on coal use reduction. Basically, those buggers in Glasgow let NIC off the hook to some extent.
Now NIC has declared they intend to address their carbon output, and that signal of virtue has given them a further filip in share price - there's also the expanded business with Tsingshan-Decent driving price of course.
At the same time NIC announced it's building another 380MW power station which, with any luck, will at least become NG powered before it is commisioned.
They must have got a job lot on those 380MW power stations.
