Every point I made in that post was 100% correct. If Bouris didnt convince MacBank to do this deal, the business would have run out of money this year without further capital raising's.
The YBR model is still yet to prove itself. Bouris came out selling the offering as Financial Advice for the average Aussie. Sadly he is no where near delivering on that stated objective if you look at his most recent results. All he is interested in is selling mortgages, simple as that. If you think this deal with Macquarie is going to save the business then fingers crossed for you.
The recent SP rise is an absolute gift to shareholders....lets see where the business is in 12 months. I look forward to dissecting their numbers later this year.
