    YBR 5.50% 1 year intro rate.

    It is only for loans 80% LVR and less.

    The press release does not mention this and that you can get a better 1 intro rate with CBA, Bankwest, St George, Bank of Melb and AMP to 95% LVR.

    Just saying as someone from the industry.
