Pioneer Resources wouldnt be paying one third of the seismic costs if they didnt have a material interest in the project.
Either Antares and SIDC are not going to be 50/50 partners when the drilling commences OR
Pioneer Resources may have picked up some acreage that was optioned but antares and sidc decided not to lease.
Time will tell.
