I contacted KAR last week for clarification on the deal. Little was given away. However they did say that the first papers received from COP were incomplete & KAR only received final detail a week last Friday (01/03) - around the same time as your cryptic message.
Hopeful speculation, but do you think the final detail was what got the birds chirping?
