Why don't you hedge your costs...?
I mean that's one of the key functions of global financial markets - the stock and futures exchanges.
Either buy shares in your suppliers or sell your products on the futures markets to lock in prices (Obviously depends on produce).
And I'm not being a smart ass... Serious question...?
