Whilst PSA cannot come out and say the Gov and oil minister are corrupt they can be more honest with their shareholders. Continually stating that they will restart shortly.. approvals are imminent.... jv partners signed by the end of the quarter... etc.
ALWAYS kissing these commitments with no explanation and then just stating they are continuing to work with the government is just plain misleading.
why keep setting deadlines they have no ability of meeting?
