I think this is just a reprieve. The little Chinese woman will be around for awhile as a stooge for China doing her dirty work for years to come. So to will the other Chinese Malaysian ring leaders and their racially-based troops. Expect more of the same in the future--why would it change? I suggest the company see all this organized opposition as a shot across the bow, a warning. Even a radical change in government could occur, squashing any hope of lamp's survival. Also, anticipate China probably will continue to gain expanded influence in Malaysia as the country is suckered into the empire-building Belt & Road trap. Best to be planning to leave Malaysia in the rear view mirror. One man's thoughts.
