@jetrodder; Voice-Truth-Treaty are central to the 'Uluru Statement from the Heart'. Some states are already well-progressed down that path, albeit NOT via referendums because of their sovereign status.
Therein lies 'Australia's' problem!
Under our fraudulent Colonial Era Constitution 'Australia' is ruled by King Charles III of England - we need his approval to exist and as far as English White Man's Law is concerned, Australia's First Nations People aren't recognised even though they've been counted for Census purposes since the referendum of 1967.
Voting for a 'Voice to Parliament' empowers Parliament - NOT the other way round as per your comment.
