Oil price going up - Northern winter, low stocks, timed well when Beibu and Blane will be announced.
terrorists have kitted up realising the best way to smack around western interests is disrupt oil - hence the plan to attack the Saudi Oil terminal. How strategic is that, well they've sent in US forces to protect. If they manage to nail the Saudi Oil pipelines or terminals Oil will hit $80 in a flash. This uncertainty is feeding oil futures right now.
Sad but true.
