It is just the stupid actions of these "fantastic" directors (many believed deserved a bunch of 50 cent options) making a poorly timed placement to so called institutional investors that ended up dumping much of the stock to make a few cents profit.
Shareholders really want to think carefully before voting any of these blokes back onto the board.
