Need 90% to make a compulsory acquisition I thought and there are plenty here that will hold firm.
Ozb has made mention that there is a significant number of SHers on his email group. Add in a few of us LTers who aren't on board with the email group I would say that if they held firm that would be a big middle finger to whoever is wanting a cheap, and I mean a sub $2 TO, to go FO. Even Buddha is on our side
I don't have 50 or 100 million shares so what does it take to become a combined substantial holder?? Wouldn't that put a spanner in the works if there is some stupid idea that we will be willing to sell for peanuts (read SoS fgure $1.20)
