well said, yes that recycling of the trade defect in china is dodgy. Essentially what happens in china, when a US company pays for products to a manufacturer in china, the chinese government converts the US dollars into Yuan and gives it to the chinese manufacturer, the chinese government then sends the money back to the US by buying the US government bonds.
