barry ......
Your many posts attacking a very fragile female person (see my last post) are not only insensitive, but show all on HC, JUST how 'ruthless' you, (as a real life very 'LITTLE BIG MAN'), have percieved yourself as becoming, in your own mind. And that's sad.
A many times 'loser' should not be afforded space to continue on posting such deliberate miss-truths with your latest here on Hot Copper being, a "scare' tactic, in relation to the “SBLC”.
You had a post exchange with "valueinvest2001" on this subject who sorted out your lack of knowledge, in this regard. (see below).
Your next post (below) clearly shows you 'dropped' this subject, when exposed ..... You then pursued your "usual" ........

Thats the quote from annual report:
"The Company has outstanding standby letters of credit (“SBLC”) related to security of building leases and security for payroll processing services of $1.3 million at December 31, 2005. The SBLC contains four financial covenants. These include a minimum tangible net worth of $40.0 million, a minimum amount of liquid assets of $40.0 million, no more than $8.0 million loss in any fiscal quarter, and no more than $25.0 million loss in any rolling four-quarter period. As of December 31, 2005, the Company was in compliance with all required covenants".
So, due to my understanding, in case they not longer meet this requirements, they only would need to payback $1.3M.
Not a big deal, right?
