IMO that would cause a rally in the SP, but so would Chinese investors buying into the company, as they have done with iron ore stocks.
The chinese are very astute people and if they feel GP is going to maintain they will seek to have exposure in some form.
I do note that they are now the largest producers of Gold so they are certainly broadening theior investment horizons.
