Michinyon, right on mate. This is another viral posting that is affecting the HC site at present and a lot of it is multinic.
Decan, I will give you your precedent. Find me another situation where a supposedly dead company has $150M lent to it only a few weeks before it apparently it supposed to be completely dead.
The banks are in too deep to let it go, as they would go down with it. They are playing a long game in that if they hold it together the company will pay back most of its debt.
True though, the existing ordinary shareholders are going to be diluted quite considerably.
