As we suspected, Mitsui wasn't able to get the amount the wanted from us which again begs the question on who has. I mean what are they offering that KDR would turn down a pre-payment option from Mitsui?

Maybe they got what they wanted from KDR as they want to spread risk? Just like KDR wants multiple buyers...

Just a thought. Unless both parties have come out and said that Mistui wanted more from KDR...
