    I will vote a NO vote on one condition,
    we must EJECT all the present management.
    NOW.
    Replace them with competent managers.

    (As it stands now, my vote will have to be YES).

    BLR has the third largest uranium field in the US.
    How the HELL did we end up in this situation?
