kentboy - I have thought about that. IMO, no not really. China has always ridden roughshod over Africa. Africa does whatever China says, and gives them whatever they want, because China is prepared to grease palms and line pockets. Nobody in Africa is going to question China, or try and cause them embarassment. Too much self-interest at stake. You don't bite the hand that feeds.
