    A private company looking to re-list immediately.

    A private company with paying clients.

    Clients they stand to lose if they were acting in the manner you're suggesting.

    Would you remain a customer of any business if you found out they 'did and said anything they like', with no regard to stakeholders?

    I am all for objective analysis but this is getting ridiculous.
