What comes from within or what is within, we haven't even scratched the surface of what effects it can have on us, whether one gives it the names or words you use, I don't know as I am probably more simplistic haha.
Example - Stress and varying kinds will produce chemical's which can then lead onto a whole array of things.
You give to others and another chemical kicks in and makes you feel good and on and on we could go.
I have never read up on the likes of what you say and neither discussed with others, I suppose if one was to assess, sum me up, I'm probably everyone's friend but no ones, bit of a loner in that regard. So much of what you cover here I get, but through life's experiences.
Mind you, speaking of friends, it appears I rub a few on here up the wrong way haha, not sure how why, some times on here or people draw a side out of me I don't like, but that suggests laying blame else where = hmm
