If there is another bid, it would have to be before the meeting.
If the result is a YES, that is the end of the story. TLW gets HDR, no one else.
So the potential bidder looses out altogether.
If the result is a NO, then TLW will probably consider upping the price, which means that any bidder would have to compete with a price higher than the 2.02 as it is now. Again the potential looses on price.
Does it make any sense? I can't see the logic, can anyone else see the logic?
