re: yes or no conix I suspect that the institutions that hold between them 31% of Hardman will make their views known to Tullow before the meeting. They hold the key because they can easily block what they must see is a low ball bid. Why else would they have dived in - surely not to make 5 ot 10p on Tullow shares. the are arbitraging - but not Tullow!
As I have said before, Potter (and the chairman from the Woodside accounts department) should resign now - because they are no longer in control of this process.
