I think Tullows brokers will already have been ringing around the institutions under the old boy network to establish how the land lies for Tullow and will continue to do so till 15 December. They will most certainly have a good idea of how many votes Tullow carry with them before the meeting commences on 18 December

Tullow will leave as little to chance as possible
