Correct me if i am wrong but if we vote yes we will have over 6 billion shares worth around 50 cents each. The next move wil be to an 10 for 1 split reducing to around 600 mil worth of shares at $5 each. Now comes the kicker. Almost certain the rice will fall and we will end up with a share worth a couple of dollars then more shares will be issued plus more options for the Directors. This has to be done as there are not many companies running over 6 billion shares.
I have voted Yes but not i have second thoughts for long term.
