The independent expert report needs be thrown in the bin and redone to reflect the new market reality. Its analysis and conclusions are obsolete. Consensus views are almost always BS by the way. RED should have followed WAF's lead and insisted on no hedging contracts; their financial performance since has been chalk and cheese. In 2023, Silver Lake's NTA per share increased 22% to $1.13 with a ~$A2,850 gold price. This is going to accelerate given what has happened since and after the merger announcement:
