re: big seller - robertgo balmer, i think the chance will be low there will be a share issue. Gut feel they will either use convertible notes or debt to fund the TMS purchase. They've never really been keen to issue shares except directly to CEO Mike to buy his rights out for the Jumbo technology.
You will also notice the down days are generally on light volume and the up days are on much heavier volume recently. The froth has come off the share price now and looks to be consolidating presently. Has had a big run over the last few months, market digesting the recent TMS offer and awaiting the lottery tender news.
