    Your figures are wrong as of now abused black kids
    are going to black families.

    I have never heard of 2 yr old kids being
    raped in White families.

    Any adult who did this to any child should be HUNG.

    They are beyond redemption totally

    Halls Creek is in the news .....a royal Comission would be handy there
