I think that would be a big "maybe" ? The divisive argument would get rolled out again by the yobbo's. The mumblings during the campaigns from the No voters that they would be fine with recognition but not a constitutional voice I see as only being an attempt to deflect the racism tag.
If recognition only was on the agenda I very much doubt it would get up, as the lies and fear would begin again.
They will get a fair go one day but not until there's generational change.
