I imagine with so much going on there will be some ongoing cash burn. so many projects to assess, they want to gain further control of fortitude etc etc and it will all cost $$$. So they are being conservative with cash reserves atm.

soooo, I think, where it has been beneficial to CVI we have paid in shares. pay the RIGHT people in shares then it is in their best interests to ensure the success of the company. Pay them in shares when the SP is low so that there is a lot of potential upside for them and therefore incentive to work toward success.

This is only my summation but I have always believed this to be the case. People the world over will work harder for you if there is something in it for them. LOL...ya gotta love capitalism.
