yes vote - no vote conclusion

Thanks very much for all those who have taken part in this unofficial survey.
Assuming that every body played fairly it has shown that we are split straight down the middle.
After reading some very good posts on both sides over the last few days it has caused me to change my mind time and time again on which way to vote.
As far as I see it the YES camp want it to go through so we have lots of money to expand and are happy to trust the BOD/Shandong to do the right thing.
The No camp are concerned that the controlling share is the start of a full takeover. Shandong deliberately holding down the SP while they mop up the distressed investors.
There are obviously allot more reasons on both sides to justify the YES or No Vote.
I have come to the conclusion that with the lack of information available I will go with my gut feeling "YES"
