    If the takeover fails then the share price will definitely drop. Though not as far as it will drop if the takeover succeeds and Morocco fails.

    If Cap Juby fails then there is a very high chance:
    1) The takeover attempt will fail.
    2) Tarfaya will fail.

    Lucky that astute holders will get to see the Cap Juby result before accepting.
